Status Quo

We have a tendency to think that if we mantain the status quo, things will be fine.

All the available information suggest the opposite.

Positive thinking:

"You've got enough power to illuminate a whole city for nearly a week".

Rebuttal:

"Sure, if you convert your body's hydrogen into energy through nuclear fission".
